Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4
cup
sugar
1 1/2
tsp
lemon juice
1/2
tsp
lemon zest
1/4
cup
water

cornstarch
pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Slowly whisk in the water until smooth.
Add the blueberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir constantly. Cook until thick, about 2 - 3 minutes. Some blueberries will remain whole. Makes 3/4 cup.
